Goal 4

Ensure a qualified, diverse and active committee. Objective: To maintain the health of the committee by identifying a diverse membership stream and by providing training and mentoring opportunities designed to enhance the committee’s efficiency and effectiveness

Strategies

Strategy 1. Increase membership with communications expertise

Strategy 2. Fill vacant member slots based on objective of balance

Strategy 3. Develop briefing guide for new members.

Strategy 4. Develop mentor program for new members.
