Facilitate the coordination and collaboration of transportation research efforts, processes, and activities by building an online resource addressing research from agenda setting through deployment.
Develop a clearinghouse of quality research program practices that identify implementation expectations, incorporate project and program merit review, and applies tools to measure research results.
