of transportation research by supporting and facilitating improved research
planning and management processes. It promotes improved coordination between
those who sponsor and conduct research and those who implement research
products. It assists the Transportation Research Board in its role of stimulating
research and serving as a national clearinghouse for research activities.
Other News
The committee will hold its 2009 midyear meeting at the Keck Center of the National Academies. The meeting is set for June 16-17, 2009. An agenda is posted at the TRB website.
